who we are

what we collect, and why

• When you send the contact form: your name, company, email, phone number, your message and how you heard about us. We use it to reply to you and to talk about working together, because you asked us to.
• When you apply for a job: your name, email, phone number, a link to your LinkedIn profile or CV, and your answers. We use it only for your application, as you agree on the form.
• When you book a call: what you enter in the booking calendar, which Calendly handles for us.
• If you accept cookies: which pages you visit, your device and browser, your rough location and where you came from (Google Analytics), and whether you came from one of our ads (Google Ads and Meta). We use it to see what works on this site, to measure our own ads, and to show our ads to people who visited this site. You can say no, and change your mind at any time.
• When you visit any page: our hosting provider, and Google Fonts, which serves the site's font, handle your IP address and the request, to deliver the page and keep the site secure.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for anything not listed here.

who helps us handle it

• Vercel: hosts this website.
• Webflow: receives the contact and job forms.
• Cloudflare: checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot.
• Calendly: runs the booking calendar.
• Google: Fonts on every page; Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads only if you accept cookies; and Google Workspace for our email.
• Meta: measures and shows our ads on Facebook and Instagram, only if you accept cookies.

Some of these companies store data outside Thailand. They protect it under their own data protection terms, and we share only what each one needs.

how long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to 24 months after we last spoke, so we have the context if you come back.
• Job applications: up to 12 months.
• Analytics: as long as Google Analytics is set to keep it, at most 14 months.
• Emails with clients: for as long as we work together, plus what the law asks us to keep for accounting.
• Google Ads and Meta: as set by Google and Meta.

what you can ask us

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it or stop us using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@marketyze.io with the subject "data request" and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

cookies

Analytics and ad cookies load only if you choose "accept". The cookie page lists them, and "cookie settings" at the bottom of every page lets you change your choice.
