Business Development Internship program (8-12+ weeks, paid)

Marketyze is a performance-led digital marketing agency based in Bangkok. We form digital strategies and execute them by taking a data-driven approach to delivering the best results for our clients. We’re looking for top talent that is ready to set up & execute a Business Development (or Sales) process and strategy directly within our company to help us grow.

What exactly would I do during my internship at Marketyze?

You’ll be doing the following:

• Research, develop and create B2B marketing content, mainly for LinkedIn
• Produce B2B content in multiple formats using Canva (preferable) or other tools
• Research potential clients and identify key decision makers within those companies with the use of AI tools and prompting (i.e. Apollo, Clay)
• Assist in the development of sales materials, proposals and presentations
• Join calls with prospective clients, help prepare for these calls, as well asl as come up with actionables after the calls
• Create warm relationships with future clients using LinkedIn as the main tool for engagement
• Work closely with and support your supervisor on requirements, inputs and outputs for pitches
• Communicate on regular basis on progress on your work

• If you are ambitious, there will be an opportunity to communicate directly with prospecting leads where you will get to share and communicate your own strategies

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for candidates who are :

• Are interested in pursuing their career in digital marketing agencies/startups/tech companies (i.e. Google, Facebook, Lazada, Grab)
• Are looking for a steep learning curve to learn as much as possible
• Enjoy challenges and are willing to take on responsibility
• Are detailed and organized
• Are results-oriented
• Have basic design or graphic skills, mainly using Canva
• Are interested in using AI tools and prompt engineering
• Have a sense of ownership and independence
• Are proficient in English and Thai (both written and spoken)

You will understand a lot about digital marketing, business intelligence, tech and startups, and whether they are the right choice for your career. In addition, if you have demonstrated strong analytical abilities and performed well throughout the internship, we will offer you a full-time position.

What can I expect working in Marketyze?

• This is a paid internship – you will receive 400 THB per working day
• Using both English and Thai
• Professional performance evaluation weekly and monthly
• Work From Home on Fridays and Mondays
• Monthly team activity planned by our CEO (Chief Entertainment Officer)
• Weekly team lunch planned by our CFO (Chief Food Officer)
• Cool office in Summer Hill building at BTS Phra Khanong (1 min from BTS)
